I stopped in this drive thru this morning on my way to my job and Emily working the window was just so sweet and personable. I loved my service this morning and it was a great start to my day :)

I don't get it. 2 people a head of me, second barista shows up to take order - first walks off.
it's still faster for me to order on the app than in store.
App says 1-4 minute prep time. i can only hope they take tickets off the printer. ooops, just looked no such luck - ugh. other issue is when they heat two sandwiches at the same time - and they are served hot on the outside, frozen in the middle.
it's obvious by observing the delivery area, they are not completing orders in sequence.
With 6 staff on the floor, and a "medium" to "low level of customer flow - it's not obvious what the issue is. perhaps they need an "expediter". 10 minutes in, tickets still on printer. OMG, a person dressed in a "manager" outfit shows up & is clueless. so a clueless customer asks a manager as to why 11 minutes go by. -

This Starbucks is so busy and takes for ever for drive thru. The line was so long I had to park and walk in. Inside all tables were full and two people ahead of me. But in total I was in and out in about 10 min with ordering and waiting for my daughters drink. She got the strawberry refresher and said it was very good

Super packed Starbucks on the looong road to Vegas! Everyone stops here and it is the first place to get sustenance going West on this crazy road trip. They are usually out of something, and considering the volume of traffic, it's a miracle that they have coffee. Usually a long line, and a steady flow of drive through traffic.
I tried the new White Chocolate Frappucino with sprinkles, which made me feel a bit in a holiday mood, while my sweetie got a classic Mocha Frappucino.
The baristas have always been cheerful and gotten the drink orders correct, even when we are 12th in line, and they put up notices for events around town, making it feel a bit more personal. Corporate probably doesn't realize the volume of traffic here. This store needs to be bigger. -
